Data collected

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form:

  • your name;
  • your company (optional);
  • your email address;
  • your phone number (optional);
  • the content of your message;
  • the timestamp of your consent;
  • an anonymised technical fingerprint of your IP address (salted, non-reversible hash), used solely to prevent abuse.

No other data is collected without your knowledge: this site uses neither tracking cookies nor advertising trackers.

Purpose and legal basis

Your data is processed for the sole purpose of responding to your request. The legal basis for this processing is your consent, obtained through the checkbox on the contact form.

We carry out no unsolicited marketing and never resell your data to third parties.

Retention period

Your data is kept for 24 months from our last exchange, after which it is deleted.

Recipients and hosting

Your data is processed by Solaxios only and hosted on Solaxios’s own infrastructure, located in France. No transfer takes place outside the European Union, and no analytics processor is involved.

Your rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights over your data:

  • right of access;
  • right to rectification;
  • right to erasure;
  • right to restriction of processing;
  • right to data portability;
  • right to object.

Cookies

This site uses no tracking cookies or third-party trackers. Only a technical session cookie is set if you log in to the administration area reserved for Solaxios.
